1. Acceptance
By using ClawDeploy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Service and Third Parties
ClawDeploy helps provision and manage OpenClaw instances and related integrations. Some functionality depends on third-party services (for example Hetzner, OpenRouter, Telegram, Google, and Stripe), which may change independently and have their own terms.
4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Credits
Paid features are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Usage credits or limits may apply by plan. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use ClawDeploy for illegal activity, abuse, unauthorized access attempts, malware distribution, rights infringement, or actions that disrupt the service.
6. Customer Data and License
You retain rights to your content and configuration data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to operate and improve the service. You represent you have the necessary rights to submit data.
7. Suspension, Termination, and Liability
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, or non-payment. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, ClawDeploy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
